SHIPPING

We ship purchased items directly from OUR WAREHOUSE from Monday to Friday (on working days) by courier or parcel machine after receiving the order or payment:

orders placed before 9AM GMT are shipped the same day
orders placed after 9AM GMT are shipped the next business day

Costs and shipping time are presented on the item's card and on basket card.

Shipping to EU countries: when you choose, in upper section, shipping to any of an EU country, you do not pay any additional costs apart from the price listed in the store and the cost of shipping to chosen country.

Shipping to UK / CH / NO (non-EU countries): when you choose, in upper section, shipping to: UK, CH or NO - the prices shown in our store are NET prices (without VAT). The VAT of the country of delivery + the import duties (IF ANY) will be charged to you upon delivery.

Shipping to OTHER non-EU countries: when you choose, in upper section, shipping to a non-EU country - the prices shown in our store are NET prices (without VAT). You only pay us the net price and additional charges may occur during delivery in your country.

Buying "as a firm/company" inside EU | Intra-Community supplies (ICS): provide your company details along with the valid EU VAT number when ordering and your order will be automatically changed to 0% VAT.
