While most Velcro straps simply pull two sides of the upper together, this configuration wraps a strap around the foot for ultimate comfort and support with just two straps. In this way, the system replicates the principle of Fizik's Volume Control: the instep and midfoot are separately adjustable areas that provide a fully customized fit and compression. The R5 nylon composite outsole is supple and comfortable even over long distances without compromising pedaling efficiency. The Fizik Tempo Powerstrap R5 is designed and developed for use on paved roads, from smooth asphalt to demanding pavement.

A. The insole lengths in mm given in the last column are the ACTUAL, total lengths measured by ourselves.
B. PLEASE CHOOSE a size whose insole is 5mm to 10mm longer than the actual length of your bare foot (ROAD shoes closer to 5mm, MTB / GRAVEL / ENDURO shoes closer to 10mm).
C. How to measure your foot?
- Place the heel against a wall or e.g. furniture, and place something rigid, such as a book, perpendicular to the toes
- Measure the distance between the wall and the book.
- You should check both feet, because quite often one is longer :)
