The Vapor suit has injection mold shoulder cups and elbow/forearm guards. It uses adjustable Velcro strap closures to create that custom fit, and the protection for the chest is vented injection molded thermoplastic. The articulating back protection is also removable. The vapor is constructed from vented mesh and preferred EVA that helps keep you cool and dry.

Vented injection molded caps - Injection molded caps offer great protection, but the drawbacks include heavier weight, and lack of ventilation. Most of our injection-molded protection was designed to limit these drawbacks by adding vents and holes that create ventilation and reduce weight without sacrificing protection.
Side zip panel - Side zip paneling allows the chest piece of a pressure suit to be one piece. That one piece has the ability to do a better job of protecting the vital zone of the chest including the sternum.
Rock crusher articulating armor - Used to eliminate the Achilles heal of body armor, by using over lapping joined hard caps that have the ability to overlap and move freely of the parts next to it. This allows the piece to stiffen when needed, yet maintain flexibility for greater comfort.
